Growing up in Michoacan, Mexico, I fell in love with my family's recipes at a young age. My grandparents were well known for their authentic flavors and the love they put into every dish. When they retired, my parents took over, and I absorbed everything—from spices to techniques—developing my passion for food.
In our household, food wasn't just what you eat—it was a way to express love and caring. When I met my wife Sarai, I knew she shared the same passion. Together, we dreamed of having our own restaurant to share our culture with every bite.

"Delicious and fresh! Waitstaff was extremely attentive and very sweet. We were able to be seated immediately. Our kids loved their meals (flautas and quesadillas) and my husband and I did as well (tacos and chicken flautas). Chips and salsa were also very fresh and the perfect amount of spice - they even serve the refried beans with the chips and salsa. We loved that this was also a Christian establishment with scriptures as decorations."
